Charles W. Jones III, M.S
Owner / Natural Resource Specialist / Photogrammetry Specialist
As the founder and CEO of Aerial Eco, Charles brings over 10 years of education and experience in aerial photogrammetry and natural resource studies across multiple states, including Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Georgia. He holds a bachelor's degree in environmental science with a focus on conservation, resources, and sustainability from Oregon State University and a master's degree in natural resources with a focus on photogrammetry-based methods for monitoring stream restoration techniques from the University of Idaho. Charles is a Licensed Commercial Drone Pilot with a current Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 certificate and specializes in monitoring and interpreting environmental and natural resource conditions.

With his extensive background, Charles provides Aerial Eco clients with science-based environmental consultation on complex, technical, and regulatory projects. He has experience working with public agencies and nonprofits involved with natural resource management, including the Bureau of Land Management, US Forest Service, Idaho Fish and Game, The Nature Conservancy, Wood River Land Trust, Idaho Department of Water Resources, Latah County Conservation District, and the University of Idaho.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys spending time in the mountains, hiking, snowboarding, and enjoying the great outdoors with friends and family.

Eastern Sales Director
Stephen is an experienced sales director with a proven track record of success in leading sales campaigns throughout the eastern United States. He has spent years developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving outstanding results for his clients. With his deep understanding of the eastern market, Stephen is uniquely positioned to bring new perspectives and insights to the table. He is a strong communicator and collaborator, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their goals. Stephen is passionate about sales and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that drive business growth and success.
Kateea Peterson
Photogrammetry/GIS Specialist
Kateea is a highly skilled Photogrammetry/GIS Specialist with years of experience in scientific research and data analysis. She is currently pursuing a dual Master of Science degree in Anthropology and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Idaho State University, which has given her an in-depth understanding of geographic information systems, remote sensing, and digital mapping techniques. Kateea has a strong background in scientific research and has worked in numerous laboratory settings, where she has honed her skills in data analysis, anthropological research, and the use of advanced technologies to date, map, stitch, and measure data. With her expertise in photogrammetry and GIS, Kateea is committed to providing high-quality data solutions that meet the needs of clients and support effective decision-making.
Hardy Jones
Content Creator / Drone Pilot-in-Training
Hardy is a creative and ambitious individual with a passion for content creation and technology. He graduated high school with flying colors and decided to pursue his dreams of becoming a photographer and content creator. Hardy's passion for storytelling drives him to capture life's moments through his lenses and use them to tell compelling stories. He is confident that his work can create an emotional connection with his audience, and he aspires to make a difference in the world through his content.

Hardy has excellent technical skills and is well-versed in computer software like Microsoft Office, Adobe Software, and other content/media editing software. He is highly skilled in social media marketing strategies, and his ability to make and lead successful content marketing campaigns has earned him a significant number of followers on his personal accounts. Hardy's diverse skills make him a valuable addition to any team!
