Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Customers are eligible for a refund for the following products or services:​

      • Certain training course add-ons and subscriptions within 3 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at aerialeco@gmail.com.

    • Customers should provide their name, order details, and reason for the refund request.

    • Our customer support team will review the request and notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

    • If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within a specified time frame (e.g., 7-10 business days).

  3. Non-Refundable Items or Services:

    • The following items or services are non-refundable:

      • Consulting services for spatial analysis, drone, photogrammetry, and GIS.

      • Partner referral fees.

      • Discounted subscriptions.

      • Art Shop purchases.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • Return shipping is not applicable as there are no physical items to return.

    • Order a Print is responsible for all return procedures and operations for Art Shop purchases. There is no guarantee they will fulfill any kind of refund request.

  5. Exceptions:

    • No refunds will be provided for discounted subscriptions or digital products viewed by client.

    • Refunds are applicable only to training courses and educational subscriptions within 3 days from the date of purchase and subject to only add-ons that apply.
